TY PERSONALITY QUIZ
Once you have all got to know each other as a team, your next step is to discuss between you which roles you are interested in and assign jobs to each member of the team. Or your Facilitator (teacher) might suggest you would fit best in a certain role.
EVERYBODY HAS A ROLE TO PLAY IN THE TEAM!
To help you work out which role you might be suited to, we have devised a personality quiz for you.
WHAT HAPPENS IF WE HAVE MORE THAN ONE PERSON FOR EACH ROLE?
If you have more than one person for suitable for a role, then you will need to think about
- which person would be best in each role?
- what other roles might each person be suited to?
- which other roles have not yet been filled?
You could have a team vote on who you think would be best for the roles, or ask your facilitating teacher to help you decide. You could also look back at your next highest scores to see if this helps you decide.
Remember – every member of the team will be involved in all aspects of the project, so just because you do not have the specific role you wanted doesn’t mean that you won’t get to help with that part of the project.
